I have been a patient of Dr Palacci for over 13 years and all my family members are his patients too. We feel very fortunate to have him as our GP. He is a "family" doctor you want to have: always attentive, always has time for you and listens to your concerns; he would speak to you on the telephone if you need to; always prepared to go the extra mile to help you. His advice and recommendations have always been practical and correct; we have great trust in him, his knowledge and wisdom. A great professional and a very personable and likable man. We relate to him, trust him and do feel he is our "family" doctor.

On my recent (this week) visit Dr. Palacci was - as always - attentive and thorough, and talked me through necessary processes and likely outcomes.

Excellent friendly doctor who does not talk down to patients. He seems on top of his brief and never short of time although he is obviously busy. Extremely helpful and sympathetic, especially when I was diagnosed with breast cancer: he gave me his personal mobile phone number. I didn't use it but very much appreciated the gesture.

I very much appreciate the time and care given. Any concern I have raised has been taken seriously. I trust the advice I am given and any medication prescribed has been highly effective in relieving any symptoms.
